So I have two children. I have a 14-year-old and a 16 and a half year old, and I've been with Pediatric Care Group since my 16 and a half year old was a year old. I initially started with a different practice, one that was a a little bit closer to my house, but it became apparent to me very quickly that the organization of the business was challenging to work with.

I had problems maintaining consistency with a select number of doctors, and I was being bounced around a little bit too much for my liking. When I came here, it was immediately apparent to me that they had a well-orchestrated business. There was a front end manager, there was a front office staff, the medical assistants, the nurse practitioners, and of course the doctors all provide an exceptional level of care and medical advice and guidance, and you have accessibility to individuals. So I'm never told that I have to wait a week for an appointment. Walk-ins are available at certain times of the day, at certain times of the week, and no matter what time of the day, if I have a problem, I have immediate access to a physician or a nurse practitioner, and people return my call quickly and immediately can address my problems.

When I walk in, everybody says Hello, Mrs. Cheifetz. They know who I am. The registration process is easy and quick. I'm seen quickly. I don't wait long periods of time in their waiting room, and everything moves quickly through the process. And they have truly made me feel confident and comfortable, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
