New Patients

Choosing a pediatric practice for your child is one of the most important decisions you can make as a parent.

Consider experience, the services offered, insurance accepted, convenience and availability when choosing.

Choosing the Right Practice

All pediatric practices are not the same. It’s important to do your research and ask the right questions before choosing a practice for your family.

Credentials & Experience: How experienced are the providers? How many are there, what are their credentials and how long have they been practicing?

Hours & Availability: Do they offer evening or weekend hours? Is there a walk-in hour when I can come without an appointment?

Accessibility: Get I schedule a same-day sick or well visit? Can I securely access my patient information and lab results online?

Services Offered: Can they care for my child’s medical needs? Are they prepared to handle the most demanding medical challenges, long term disabilities or chronic diseases?

Insurance Accepted: Insurance can change over time. Do they take a wide range of private pay and medicaid options?

Awards & Certification: Are they certified as a patient-centered medical home, the highest quality designation by the NCQA and the American Academy of Pediatrics?

Free Consult: Do they offer a free consultation to ask questions? Do they offer pre-natal visits to get to know each expecting parent before their child arrives?

Trusted by Parents & Patients

While there are many factors that go into choosing the right pediatric practice to care for your children, one of the most important is the experience from actual parents. They are the ones who have placed their trust in us and were compelled to share their story.

I think the most special thing about Pediatric Care Group is the care that my kids get. The doctors here are fantastic. They really listen. I've been to two other practices before coming to Pediatric Care Group. Don't always get that. You don't always get the one-on-one. You don't always get the time. I'm able to call and get an appointment same day which is amazing. I've been at other practices. Three days it takes to get an appointment... a sick visit. That's just not acceptable.
