What medical school did you graduate from?
- University of Alabama at Birmingham
What medical / nurse practitioner school did you graduate from?
- University of Alabama School of Medicine
Why did you choose a career in medicine?
- I wanted to make long-term connections with my patients and empower them to make the best choices for their health. Pediatrics is the perfect fit because I get to work with children and their families and watch them grow!
If you hadn't pursued a medical career, what other career / profession would you have chosen and why?
- International Relations or Linguistics because I'm interested in how people, places, and languages interact and evolve.
Why did you choose PCG?
- I wanted to be in a well-supported environment with a diverse patient population.
Favorite sport or activity growing up?
- dancing
Favorite pro / college sports team?
- honestly none - but my favorites movies are Pride and Prejudice and The Lives of Others
What's one interesting fact about you?
- My husband and I were born 4 days apart.
Where would you most like to travel (what's on your bucket list)?
- Japan and South Korea

- cookies and cream
